The health, safety and peace of mind of our customers are our top priorities through the developing outbreak of the new coronavirus, or COVID-19.
We know that plumbing and HVAC issues arise no matter what is happening around the world, and we want you to feel confident and comfortable knowing that we are prepared to help you.
We want to inform our current customers, and any future customers of the actions we are taking to help protect you, and also our employees during this time.
All technicians at Go Green Plumbing, Heating and Air have always been provided with ample amounts of hand sanitizer, Lysol spray, and Clorox wipes. All technicians also have gloves on each truck. We have implemented additional protocols for more frequent and mandatory cleaning of our tools, and equipment. Our technicians will be using hand sanitizer every 30 mins, and in between when needed. We have also asked them to please inform the customer that even though we like to introduce ourselves with a handshake, we will be practicing our social distancing for the present time. Our technicians will be wiping down all of their equipment, phones, and iPad with Clorox wipes in between each and every call. We promise you that no technician who is experiencing the warning symptoms will be coming to your home. We also kindly ask that if anyone in your family, or household, that you have been in known contact with, is experiencing any symptoms, you let us know. We will be as accommodating as possible in rescheduling your call. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
